This two-part video course provides a thorough exploration of Autistic burnout, a unique and often misunderstood experience faced by many Autistic individuals. It explains what Autistic burnout is and why it occurs. The course is tailored for Autistic people, families, educators, practitioners and researchers.
It includes a structured approach for recognising early warning signs and creating environments that help prevent Autistic burnout. Viewers gain tools to better support themselves or others, emphasising the importance of self-knowledge, balance, and accommodations that must be tailored for each Autistic person.
The course is presented by Dr Bianca Calabria (clinical psychologist, researcher, AuDHDer).

Dr Bianca Calabria,
PhD MClinPsych, BPsych(Hons)
Dr Bianca Calabria is a clinical psychologist at, and Director of, The Teal Psychology Space. Bianca is a Board-Approved Supervisor (for clinical psychology registrars). Bianca is an honorary senior clinical lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU), and an adjunct senior lecturer at UNSW Australia. Bianca is Autistic and an ADHDer (AuDHDer). Bianca’s pronouns are she/her.
Bianca is passionate about supporting others to understand themselves. She provides a safe space to understand Autism and ADHD and how to optimise functional capacity. Autism, ADHD and 2e are her special interests.
